ALITER-AXI renders general contractor services which include solution of a range of managerial tasks on organization of object construction and commissioning. We provide coordination of works carried out by specialized contractors within an integrated process and information environment, and take responsibility for the results of the whole team and for the object as a whole.
General contractor ALITER-AXI provides:
- Organization, coordination and supervision over all the processes of the object construction on the stages of pre-design works, design, construction, start-up and commissioning;
- Clear and reasonable costs assessment scheme;
- Assistance in selection of the most appropriate contractors and suppliers;
- Transparent contractual relations with the Customer and flexible approach to the general contractor’s services fee calculation;
- Adaptation and integration into the Customer’s project management system;
- The most efficient result for the Customer: high quality object which was constructed and commissioned on time within the planned budget.
On the stage of construction ALITER-AXI solves the following managerial tasks:
- Preliminary cost of work estimation, construction budgeting;
- Development of an interrelated work schedule;
- Organization of selection of the most appropriate contractors, including suppliers, subcontractors and other project parties, offering the most optimal quality, terms and costs, on a tender basis;
- General contractor services include organization of delivery, warehousing and storage of the equipment and materials;
- Construction site arrangement and supervision. Coordination of other contractors’ work;
- Construction quality supervision, including supervision over compliance of the chosen construction materials and items with the requirements of the technical regulations and detailed design documentation;
- Construction site work safety supervision;
- Construction safety supervision;
- Delivering of the object to the Acceptance Committee.
ALITER-AXI has experience and competence sufficient to undertake managerial role in construction projects of any complexity and of various purpose.

Current projects
In 2018 we signed a contract with LUKOIL- Permnefteorgsintez on supply and construction of Heater П-1,2,3 of Oil Components Production Unit (ПКМ) 37-30 on a turnkey basis.
